1. Who we are & what we offer

mobquickrefill (the "service") is an independent online recharge service for prepaid mobile balances in Bahrain. The service is operated from Manama, Bahrain. We are not a mobile network operator, a bank or a government body, and we do not represent any of them.

2. Acceptable use

By using mobquickrefill you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are using your own card or have the cardholder's permission, and that you are topping up a prepaid mobile number you are legally entitled to use. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Automated mass recharges and reselling of credit without our written consent are not permitted.

3. Orders & payments

An order is created when you submit the form on the home page. A payment authorisation is requested when you confirm the amount on the checkout page (pay.mobquickrefill.org). An order is considered accepted only after a successful payment authorisation.

4. Delivery of credit

After a successful payment we forward the recharge instruction to the relevant mobile network in Bahrain. Credit typically arrives on the SIM within two to five minutes. During off-hours or network maintenance windows, delivery can take up to thirty minutes. If credit has not been delivered within sixty minutes after a successful authorisation, we will refund the payment as described in section 6.

5. Fees & pricing

The top-up amount is denominated in BHD. A fixed card processing fee is added on the checkout page and is itemised before you confirm. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion if the card is denominated in a currency other than BHD; this conversion is outside our control.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original card. Refund grounds, timelines and exclusions are listed in detail on the refund policy page.

7. Limitation of liability

mobquickrefill is not liable for losses caused by an incorrect phone number entered by you, by a disruption on the mobile network in Bahrain, or by your card issuer declining a transaction. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be summarised at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes arising from the service may be referred to the competent courts in Manama, Bahrain. For any question about these terms, write to support@mobquickrefill.org.
